Our Story

Our story began in 2019, when a city kid and a farmer’s daughter met, fell in love, and got hitched. In 2020, we moved to Montana and spent a few years in Great Falls, but as our family began to grow, we found ourselves longing for a slower, simpler, more rural way of life.

Sand Coulee quickly became home, and we’ve loved every minute of our life here. Today, we’re raising our two boys on our little piece of land and building The Farm Stand in the Coulee as a way to share what we grow and make with our neighbors, strengthen our community, and create a lifestyle that allows our family to spend more time together.

For us, the Farm Stand is about more than just selling things. It’s about building something of our own, living a little more simply, and hopefully creating the opportunity for Kate to be home with our boys—a choice that seems a little unusual in today’s world, but one that means a lot to our family.
